Raize Software Support Forums NOW OPEN

Raize Software is very pleased to finally announce the immediate availability of our new web-based support forums. These new forums replace our old support newsgroups, which as many of you noticed went down a couple of weeks ago. The outage was not planned, and we never received a response from the hosting company explaining what happened. The entire situation was completely unexpected, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that resulted.

As frustrating as the process was, it did provide us with an opportunity to re-evaluate the structure of our support groups. For example, we determined that Raize Components and CodeSite would be better served by having sub-forums dedicated to certain areas of the products. It is our hope that these new forums will further enhance the quality of support we provide to our customers.

The new Raize Software Support Forums are located at: http://www.raize.com/forums
